The web site is owned and published by Bet-Alert Ltd. Bet-Alert Ltd. is registered in Ireland under Company Number 428001 and having its principal place of business at Unit 3, KTI Centre, Deerpark, Killarney, Co. Kerry.

The Service is the interactive on-line and mobile services offered by Bet-Alert Ltd. It consists of information, services and content that are provided by Bet-Alert Ltd., its affiliates and other third parties.

This Service does not allow you to place bets. We do not and are not authorised to receive, negotiate or place bets on our own account or on behalf of any third party. It is a precondition of entering into this agreement that you accept that Bet-Alert is not a party to any wager that you may enter into with any Third Party Bookmaker. Any bets you place will be governed by the terms and conditions of the separate contract that you make with the Third Party Bookmaker.

It is important that you understand both the benefits and the limitations of the Service. Please read the following Terms carefully before proceeding with your registration to the Service. By registering for and using the Service you will be bound by these Terms, which will continue to apply every time you use the Service. You will also be bound by the terms of our privacy policy which forms part of these Terms.

General

The Service is sold on a no-refund basis. All sales are final.

Bet-Alert may make improvement and/or changes to the Service without prior notice.

Use of the Service

This Service is only available to you if you are over 18 years of age or over and if you are resident in the UK or Ireland.

Control of Your Username & Password

During the registration process, you will choose a Username and Password. The password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party. If you lose control of the password you may lose control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

Provision of Data

The Service will provide you with access to information. Information will include proprietary Bet-Alert Information as well as information provided by Third Party Bookmakers and other third parties. Bet-Alert will undertake all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data supplied to you is accurate and up to date. However, due to continuous changes in the Third Party Bookmaker odds, differences between the information shown here and current information on the Third Party Bookmakers' web sites will occur. Please always check the odds and precise details prior to placing any wager.

Bet-Alert assumes no responsibility and you shall indemnify Bet-Alert, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against any liability arising or loss, damage or injury to any person or property, of whatever nature and whether direct or indirect, occasioned by, arising from, or due to your reliance on data to enter into or decline a wager.

Limitation of Liabilities

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is solely at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Bet-Alert accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any consequences that are alleged to have occurred through your use, or misuse, of the Services.

We are not liable for any indirect, economic, consequential, or incidental loss or damage whatsoever arising out of your use of the Service or your inability to use the Service even if Bet-Alert has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Bet-Alert is not liable for any damage to your computer system or mobile phone that results from the use of the Service, even if Bet-Alert has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Bet-Alert does not warrant that:

• Any services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations,
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Your use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance that Bet-Alert will not be liable for any action that you take in reliance on the Information contained within the Service. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights subsisting in the Service, including, without limitation, any text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio or video materials belongs to Bet-Alert or, where appropriate, a third party. Nothing herein shall assign or otherwise transfer title in the Service to you.

You may not republish, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Bet-Alert Service or Information. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms to a third party.

You may download the Information and view it on a single PC or mobile phone and a single copy of its selected bought option can be printed out by you for personal and private use only and not for any commercial exploitation.

Security

The order form is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is industry standard technology designed to validate the identity of a Web site and to create an encrypted connection for sending credit card and other personal data. We reserve the right to amend and update security procedures without notification. Disputes and Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland) and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland). These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and Bet-Alert about the Services.
